Any thoughts on any of them.
It would normally be the iphone as i love well made stuff, but i hate the way Apple force you to use everything Apple. ie i inderstand you can't even drag and drop a word document into the phone.
Nokia, i like the windows interface.(and they are cheaper)
Blackberry, i have a Pearl atm and love it, screen is too small though.
Decision, decisions.

Ive got a BB9810, contract is up this year, bye bye BB,
Going back to droid, or possibly windows...
BB is nice, but tbh, im fed up with getting emails all the time, updates or file deletions that require a phone reboot everytime.
Not sure a bout Nokia, after getting burnt with the N97 im not to happy about going back.

Coming from an HTC desire and a BB Curve 9380(company phone) and needing a new contract, I had the chance to go with the iphone 5....
But as always there was a better phone on the market and again I didn't get an iphone
, I went with the Sony Xperia Z, stunning piece of kit well worth having a look at if you like full HD video and a 5" 1080p Bravia2 screen 16gb plus expansion bay, plus I find the iphone screen so dated these days. Not a pop at Apple at all, there is always something nicer (to me) when it my contract comes up.
T Mobile are doing a free handset, unlimited Data, Unlimited Texts and 500 minutes for only £24 pm at mobilephones direct

Oh no, Word documents don't open on iPhone - unless you have an app... same as every phone.
I'd go with the Blackberry, but wait a month or so and they'll be half price.

yeh, my 9810 contract is up soon, and I won't be staying with Blackberry. It's been actually pretty good. And I'm quite surprised to say that, considering what all the nay-sayers on here were predicting. The phone's been reliable (!), and has done all I want. The only thing that has been a let-down has been that the paint on the top case chipped off very easily (even in a case!). So I guess they haven't quite got the quality nailed down. The apps are sh1te (a weather app stopped my wallpapers from showing), but I've got an iPad for apps.
But I just don't see Blackberry being around for long.
My concern is that of the other brands, iPhone is still the best of a bad bunch. I hated my previous iphone. It frustrated the living snot out of me. SO restrictive (and this is coming from a Mac-user of 20-odd years. ie I get Apple products and use them willingly), but perhaps IP5 is better. Unlikely, as it was the iOS that caused my stress.
TBH, I'm not looking forward to changing my phone.

have both Lumia 920 820 and Iphone.
Iphone if its personal, because the app store is just the best, the other 2 just cant cut it on apps.
Lumia is very good though, and my pref for email for work and general work use, just works cameras good and wireless charging is great.
Blackberry, I have one for work and have used them for 4 years, rubbish unless your a BBM addict, don't even go there, give it 2 years and they will be bought out, slowly in decline.
Cant comment on Samsung, supposed to be good but its android so I don't want it, Poor mans opp sys

I would also look at the sony xperia Z, ive had a play with one (and seen it dunked in a fish bowl), its pretty good and if you like things that are well put together that if you drop it down the toilet (one of the biggest insurance claims on mobiles or getting it wet for that matter), you wont have a problem with it
(plus it has a really good camera and great screen resolution (1080p))

I wouldn't discount the Blackberry Z10, it's a completely different phone from it's predecessors. The OS is based on the Playbook, you can read you email, watch a movie and surf the web all at the same time, proper multitasking, the camera is excellent and the screen is even better than the iPhone5 and even the Galaxy s3, you can side load android apps and of course has expandable via microSD cards.

But I guess Google will say welcome to the party, the more the merrier. Rumor has it that Nokia have been seeking Android developers

iPhone 5
Works every time yes you might feel like your one of the sheep in the flock but the sheep are clever and know what they are in the flock for
Quality
Image
It works every time
Does everything you require
Screen is big enough
And of course if it went wrong the lovely people in the blue shirts would swap it for you
No fuss or waiting
And you get a nice sticker you can stick on the car /fridge /forehead

I've been looking at the Nokia Lumia 620 as a mid-budget smart phone. From the reviews I've read, it's been favoured over the Galaxy S3 Mini.
On a side-note, I am yet to meet an Audi driver who does not have an iPhone.
