Default Mechanical keyboards

Just been looking at replacing my old G15 Logitech, been eyeing up some new models

Keep coming back to Ducky Shine 3s, and Corsair K95

Good job I did some reading as I see there are many types of Cherry Microswitches,

Blue
Red
Brown

Each with varying degree of tactile feel etc.

Anybody used any and recommend any, Ducky doesn't have macro keys so I may go K95.

I also looked at steelseries Apex, but unure

Any advice welcome

And, it has:

14K gold plated ultra low latency USB plugs
As if directional speaker cables weren't bad enough

Bob lets discuss, and the none believers can read.

You any idea which Cherry switch yours uses ? Red Blue Brown ?
Any issues Over sensitive, or hard to push, when using WASD ?

I don't use Macros much myself, but I do use the Extra keys for World of Tanks for messages ingame etc.. hence why im adamant to go for the Ducky keyboards which are just that and have no extra keys

It uses a selection (black, brown, blue and red!) - just like a box of chocolates

Sensitivity/hard to push - I can 'touch-type' and have used many k/boards over the years, it takes me a few minutes to get used to a new keyboard : I have absolutely no problems with key presses (cherry keys?)

WASD - i'm left handed and use the arrow keys !!

Just looked at the Ducky -- a v. nice board ! :: mine has a (removable) wrist rest, which I thought would be not worth bothering with - but I like it a lot now......

I would go with browns or blue. My qpad mx85 uses reds and whilst it's nice for gaming, for typing i could use a bit more feedback.
