Funny how they rescued the pretty blonde babe.
It makes for good TV back in States.

Just seen the footage of a camera crew and soldiers in the hospital where she was supposed to be held.
If they could just walk in and interview and take footage then why did they need to burst in with Special forces in the middle of the night?
A Good morale boost for the troops and folks back home.

I'm hoping that she already had 2 gunshot wounds, 2 broken legs and a broken arm BEFORE they rescued her....and that she didn't actually sustain those injuries during the 'rescue attempt'....

One thing the American troops have always been very good about and that is to make the maximum effort to recover US prisoners of war or to get personnel back when they have been "downed" behind enemy lines. They deserve praise for that.
