What the ****. He had no licence, no insurance, etc etc . Killed the little lad who had everything to live for. And they have gone and reduced his sentance by 2 months. The CPS wanxxers said the judge went over the top with his sentance so therefore knocked 2 months of his sentance. This country as gone complety to Boxxxks. Man it makes me angry. Wish the twxt would stand in front of me, I would she him what 44 tonnes can do. and reverse back over him.

As I understood it, the judge was not allowed to impose the sentance he did, and the sentance was reduced.

He was onl;y charged with driving without insurance, licence etc, NOT will killing the kid.

If he wasn't an asylum seeker, then no-one would give this story a second glance, it happens all the time, and that's why I think the countries to bo11ox, too many Daily Mail reading closet racists.

He Drove without insurance, he drove without a licence. That is all he was convicted of. There was NO evidence that would stand up in court of any more wrongdoing. He was convicted for all he could be convicted of, the idea he should be left to rot in prison for a few motoring offences is just ridiculous

Consider this. You're driving along @ 30 mph, when some young kid runs straight out in front of you. You can't avoid hitting him and sadly he dies of his injuries.

Should you be charged with murder or was this a simple, unfortunate and sad accident.

Now same situation, but you have no insurance, no driving license and you fail to stop. Are you still guilty of murder?

Anyway, I've no idea what circumstances led to the little boys death, but I would hope everyone does before they start making the typical sun/daily mail statements.

In the U.S. he would have, at least, been charged with vehicular homocide.
The trial, by a jury of his/her peers would have decided the guilt or innocence.
Over here, the term "Driving Without Privaleges" compounds the offence.
If convicted, it would probably become a "felony conviction."
Of course, not being familiar with the circumstances of this particular case I can only comment from minimal information.

The incident happened on a dual carriageway and some guy slowed down in the inside lane for the kids to cross and this illegal overtook the car and knocked the kid down.

I Personally think its 50/50 accident and he was done for what they could do him for,sadly thats ALL they could do.

Not only did the driver hit this child but also drove off and left him for dead, when actually he was not dead but could have been saved had the driver stopped and taken him to hospital.

So had it been an accident and the kid had run out in front of him, surely the first thing anyone would do would be to get out of the car and check if the kid is ok.

The fact that this guy just did a runner anyway deems him a low life scum, foreign or not.
