Hi all,
Can anyone recommend Option motorsport for servicing and tuning?? I thought them being Japanese they might have a better knowledge of the car as well as all the backup from vaious tuning companies back in japan?
Any experiences??? Please tell!

Gez,

You may want to see if you can get Scott J Davies and R19KET's opinions as I believe they have had some dealings with them.

They're OK but sometimes Nana acts as a 'fountain of all Japanese car knowledge'....which he's not, as I found out to my expense....
Do check out the prices of parts they offer if you are on a tight budget as they are not the cheapest in the world. If you want to speak to the person that matters there, ask for 'Maya' the chief Mechanic. He's a very honest guy and won't bs you.

I can only comment on my personal conversation with them, and their lack of BASIC Subaru engine knowledge, is to say the least, somewhat disturbing.

They sell some very nice products, but certainly compare prices before getting tempted.

I think Scott Davis can best post about their "tuning" abilities !!!

Mark.
