Sent me a fog light switch & rear ARB next day. No fuss and good price. What more do you want?

First impressions were really good. They were very friendly & helpful. BUT when i had work done by them it was fairly expensive (£40/hour for labour vs main dealer's £50) and later i found that it had been done carelessly. It wasn't the end of the world or anything but i'll be experimenting with somewhere else next time.

F**kin bunch of jokers, Had my warranty work taken out by them, took them a year to sort out my power steering rack. F**ked up my power steering pump luckly craft sorted it out with a 2p washer !!!

I can provide u with a list!!!

Try to talk to them but no chance, wanted more money again before any mistakes would be rectified which they did,lack of experience me thinks. I would never ever go back to them for any work.

Good and bad. Got a set of brake pads about a month ago from them. Realised I had the wrong ones a couple of weeks ago and they replaced them no problems. Also ordered a wrx interior from them. All arrived in couple of days of ordering as I was told. However, oil on the back seat which was a bugger to get off, a tear in the front drivers seat and a *** burn in the passenger one. OK I bought unseen, and was told this was an oversight. Also told a partial refund to cover repair was coming my way. Not arrived after a week.

I bought some service bits from them a couple of months ago. Found them both helpful and knowledgeable on the phone;
great to deal with in my experience.

Jokers (IMHO)

I went 50 miles out of my way to go over there and when I arrived the parts I was told were in stock weren't !

They then tried to fob me off with other stuff - I'll never go back.
