But in a good way ! 
Had my MY94 STI 1 in for a new clutch, release bearing and flywheel. Courtesy car ready on time, had a phone call confirming the state of the flywheel, and another to inform me when the car was ready. Even cleaned the car, including all the brake dust off the alloys - above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion.
Due back shortly to have a full Mongoose system including down pipe fitted. All in all, on happy customer.
