Purchased some parts from grade a earlier this week, not only was the price good, but they (Andrew in this case) were helpful and polite on the phone. To top it all off, said parts arrived next day as promised, and things like VAT and delivery were made clear (no nasty shock on the invoice like some other places).

Will definitely be my first call when I need anything else.

They also have some cheap clutch kits and 2pot front discs available.

I'd second that Paul. I've had rear lights, bumpers and allsorts. Every time they came next day as promised and at good price too. Very pleased .

I'll third it,

Bought some leather buckets for my old MY96 last year, Andy even helped me fit them there and then, had some interesting stories to tell and made me a cuppa,

Good lad.

Shame they dont/didnt always provide this great service.

Now have a pair of heads that are NOT for my car. And that they would not swap them for the correct units.

Dan,

I wouldn't have that, especially if you ordered the right parts and wrong parts arrived.

Danny, what heads do you have? I might be able to take them off your hands.

Ditto - with most comments above.

My only experiences have always been - excellent service - good knowledge - good price and some freebies thrown in - I never had to complain.

Say no more

Excellent service agreed. I had a bad experience with another breakers where I had prepared the court summons and sent them a copy before I filed it and they gave in and refunded my £300.
