Anyone ordered AND received Swissol recently?

Placed an order with Scoobyworld almost 5 weeks ago for a Samurai kit but not got it yet! 
No probs with Scoobyworld as they've replied to my 2 queries within 24 hours so far.
Is this the norm for Swissol?
Seems an extraordinary amount of time to get car polish from them to Northern Ireland. Ordered **** from Portugal last Sunday,here on Wednesday!
So postage out to the "sticks" isn't the issue!

I get mine direct from Mark Underwood, ordered some 2 weeks ago received last week (didnt order any wax, as I already have 3 tubs - just engine clean, Glass cleaner, cleaner fluid, paint rubber etc)

I called the factory today...they are shut due to Bank Holiday in Zurich. However I have checked on the server and see that aqll order have been shipped from the factory..
I chase again 2morro when they are open.

Sorry to hijack the thread 
but.......
Speaking of Swissol orders I'm still waiting on mine from the Mad March Group buy
I realise that Mark is v busy atm but nothing has been debited from the c card for the order sent back at the beginning of March
And I'm down to my last blue wax applicator after the last one went puddle surfing

Bug Eye / Mancamefirst - apologies for it taking this long to reach you, we dont usually experience delays anywhere near this length. I'll chase its progress first thing tomorrow and get back to you.

I also recieved my engine cleaners the other day(amazing stuff i may add) just waiting for starter kit to arrive now. Mark tells me it has been depatched so awaiting its arrival any day now, and some nice dry weather again to get to work on the old scooby.

Andy... I called switzerland again for you this morning. Your parcel is AWOL in the UK postal system. The factory have sent another parcel for you today and I have emailed you the tracking details. It will be with you in a few days. Thx for your understanding.

Ordered from Mark last Thursday and got my kit on Saturday.
It's nice to speak to someone that has a genuine interest in your questions, and to get such great service I couldn't recomend him highly enough.

Ordered mine from Mark Underwood on the first week of April and received mine a couple of weeks ago. BTW was the Samurai Starter Kit.
