Thanks John for all your help fitting the oil pressure gauge and knocklink.
I'll have to get some pictures up soon... We mounted the knocklink in the drivers side vent. It fist perfectly on MY00 and looks the nuts. Superb suggestion if you don't mind losing the vent!!
John installed the oil pressure gauge Friday but no thanks to Scoobymania who hadn't told me that an adapter kit was required with the Autometer gauges to get it to fit under the alternator. When I phoned them I was told I should have been advised of that when I ordered it. I wasn't and that didn't help me Friday afternoon. Also, there was only a pathetic amount of wire supplied with the gauge for earth and illumination.
Thanks to Pete at Scoobysport for suggesting Pirtek, as they didn't have the parts in stock, see you 2nd August for decat and other bits.
Thanks to John at Imprezive for driving me to Pirtek in Basildon.
Thanks to Pirtek in Basildon for making up the stainless steel hose and bracket to remote mount the sensor.
Thanks to John's neighbour for supplying the wire for the oil pressure gauge free of charge.
THanks again to John for giving up your Friday and Sunday evenings to fit and wire everything. See you Thursday for those rear LED's

defo - I should be easy to find now, as Mark did me 'darkblueturbo' stickers for the rear window Saturday - which is how you saw me I guess.
Were you the black car infront of the Laguna that got hitched up with us at Chalkwell?

no way! I left about 11.30ish to go to Basildon, cos it always gets a bit tasty up there (apart from this Saturday). I'll have to stay at Southend till the end one time!!
