Big Huge thanks to Ian @ Godspeed
We contacted Ian with a query about our brakes late last week, 2 hours later the e-mails had been flying backwards and forwards and the problem potentially diagnosed
I ordered some brake pads from Ian in the same e-mail, needed before our MOT and holiday on Friday - the brake pads were recieved as promised at 8:30 this morning
Since ordering our brake kit Ian has kept us informed of all orders, answered questions in his own time for free and generally been polite and helpful So big thanks to Ian - the brakes aren't bad either
Jen (and Chris)

Glad for you although certain customers, it would appear, on other threads have not had anything like this service.Godspeed need to demonstrate consistency with all customers and not becomse so defensive when problems occur. It's just not the way to respond and lacks professionalism.
Just something to think about.
