I am currently trying to contact Jap-Innovations - but am having no luck

Is anybody else having the same problem ?

they are obviously quite good at what they do, hence why they are so busy, i hope it continues for them to be busy, but how long B4 people get pi$$ed off with them not answering the phone & take there custom elsewhere?

Hi guys,

I know they are VERY busy at the moment.

That's the reason they have an answer phone, so people can leave messages. I've spent a lot of time up there and often times there's just two guys there, as they are only a small upcoming company and the place is often mobbed, I mean like 4 and 5 cars there at once including the cars they have legitimately booked in.

Trying to get a customer's car ready while people keep turning up "on spec" often just for a brew and a chat is very hard and I've seen it happen SO many times. The phone and email often have to take 2nd, 3rd or 4th place.

They are victims of their own success really, they are good at what they do so they are in demand and they sell top quality stuff,
I know they are looking at taking on new staff, but recently they've been pouring money into new products and building up stocks to keep everyone happy.

I hope people will persevere and not be put off. If you get the answerphone, leave a message and someone will get back to you.

Best day to phone though is Friday, cause I'm always there then and I usually answer the phones for them

Richard has hit the nail on the head, we are in the middle of recruting staff to ensure all the needs of our valued customers are catered for. Finding a suitable employee who has the knowledge about the industry we are in are few and far between which is causing ourselves a problem at the moment.

Just a note to say that I managed to contact them today and was well impressed. I certainly wasn't trying to complain - as I have heard good things about them. Order was placed today and a couple of bits for me Scoob are on their way.......
