I've had excellent service from Lancaster Sevenoaks this week:
Phoned them Monday afternoon to discuss getting a new WRX - they didn't have one with my exact spec in stock but said that they'd find one.
Agreed a trade-in price over the phone (OK, subject to viewing, but not many dealers will even discuss this).
Reasonable price agreed for car and extras - all the haggleing completed in one phone call.
Paperwork completed Tuesday.
Pick up the car Friday lunchtime.
I can definately recommend them.

Glad your experience was trouble free
I had some trouble with their service department and others have had problems with their sales dept being economical with the truth

There seem to be mixed reports, I'm glad that someone has had good service from them.
My problems related to the quality of the work carried out on my car while being charged top dollar for it. When I complained about the work they did everything possible to avoid the issue.
They seem to be good at selling the motors and not so good at the aftersales/promise keeping stuff.
