Not repling to e-mails, not delivering parts, parts delivered bits missing, long awaited stock, that kind of thing.

Unhappy

I sent them a mail two or three weeks ago requesting a price for some wheels. No reply

Ordered them elsewhere now.

Took them 5 weeks to send me out some Octane boost and over a dozen phone calls, not impressed

I've used them in the past for a few things. Have occasionally had a slight delay on ordering stuff (or mix ups) but it's never taken that long to sort out and have had the bits I ordered not long after.

Would certainly use them again.

Cool

From what I heard, the proprietor spends all day surfing SN and chatting on banal email forums and never does any work....

I agree with mark..

However..

I used to despise Mike, until he..

Opened shop at 10.30pm on a saturday evening..

let me pinch his stock and then leave at 12:00am ..

and use the ramps

If it wasnt for mike and scoobymania, I wouldnt have been at totb2..

Cant thank them enough,..

Would recommend them to anyone.. even if you are only looking for a new pet.. im sure they could help

(seriously though.. Very Very good service.. to say ive never used them or really spoken to them as a 'company' before)

Thanks Mike

David

Ps thanks to IanW for getting in touch with Mike for me .

I ordered DS2500 brake pads from Mike a while back for my STi, and apart from a minor hitch with the couriers (not Scoobymania's fault at all) received the goods quickly, and at a great price. No complaints from me.

Never had a problem with Scoobymania, if anything, Mike has gone out of his way to help.

Always replied to emails, phone calls and work/parts delivered when he has said and at a more than reasonable price too.

Well, from what I can gather, you ordered some gauges which we sent to you, you then changed your mind about what you wanted and sent them back.

We have sold out of the replacement items and are awaiting for some more stock to land. As the biggest official Defi importer in Europe, with the best prices available, this can happen.

Not aware of any missing items, or unexpected delays. We do what we can and are genuine in our intent.

It is most unusual for another "business" to not complain to us direct, but then come and complain in a public BBS?

Are you an actual business, or using a business name to obtain trade discount then behaving like a retail customer?

If you want to pick the phone up and discuss this with me, please feel free, I will do my very best to help clear up any issues you may have.

Mike.

Mike. I have tried to contact you on several occasions but have always been told you are out of the office. I have also left messages for you to get back in contact but have had no joy.
This seems to be the only way!
Of course, i do not wish to discuss business over scoobynet. I have expected a call from you from the e-mails and messages i have sent and i have also expected the parts requested.
I will in due course ring when i am back in the office, or perhaps you could ring myself with an update on the parts.

i had exactly the same problem. as soon as i became a customer wanting a refund, not a customer wanting to spend money, i got the runaround. i wont go into detail but the term 'dont p!ss down my back and tell me its raining' springs to mind. as a very last resort i posted on here and got a response.

you always know how good a company really is by its after sales service. to be fair the problem was dealt with eventually but the damage was done. im still p!ssed off about it now as you can tell.
