Seems like a few people are enjoying putting the boot in at present.
My experiences with Scoobymania and problem resolution are competely different.
1) Had a Pace fmic fitted, first one mike had done on a UK car IIRC. The kit did not fit because it was fouling one of the OE parts. The car was therefore returned to standard totalling 4 or 5 hours work. For this I was charged NOTHING even though the problem was not the fault of Scoobymania.
I subsequently returned and had the offending item replaced and the fmic fitted. I was charged NOTHING for the extra part required even though I am pretty sure the retail price runs into 3 figures.
2) Had an off at Dono which required a replacement rad which was proving difficult to source from Pace. One call to Mike and although he didn't have one in stock he got me one delivered direct to my dealer the following day. No profit in it for him then, but a very happy DJ.
So contrary to other threads here I have never found Mike to be anything other than a pleasant, helpful guy.
(maybe because I treat him the way I want others to treat me ?)
No connection to Scobymania, but everybody seems to post moaning but never saying "well done, good job".

I wanted to order Defi gauges, boost, oil temp, and oil pressure from Scobbymania.
The full set were not in stock, and they were low on some items, but they kept the bits they DID have for me, on my say-so, without asking for a deposit.
The other stuff turned up when they said it would.
The boost gauge wasn't reading at the bottom of the scale when I opened it, so I queried it. They told me it would do so when it was fitted ,and to return it to them if it didn't.
It did as they said.
Top service, guys.

Doc,
It's now the snet norm isn't it? Throw toys out of pram, stamp feet and post up here to try and get a reaction and some consolation.
Forget about the positive posts, everyone wade in on the negative ones.

John, I'll back this up.
Had a morrette lens crack (hit a pheasent ) on my old car only 2 weeks after fitting. Called the original fitting company (based in the same area) to be told that you could not get seperate lens and I had to buy a new set!!!
1 call to scoobymania and they called me back within 15mins, lens ordered for me and I received it 2 days later £50 inc postage. Have delt with them for a few small bits since, braided hoses etc and service is excellent
cheers Simon
