Main dealers Town & County are £750 for a full spark plug/cambelt service
Note that this does not include cambelt tensioners which may also need replaced.
Don't know if that's best/more than likely not cheapest but it's a starting point for you

Mines a 96 so not too fussed about paying main dealer tax for the perceived added value...

Did mine myself and I think an hour is a tad optimistic...and I'm pretty skilled with a spanner and 3 foot scaffold pole (crank pulley bolt..) Took me an afternoon as I had to make a lock bar for the crank pulley, remove radiator and some of the belt guard bolts gave me some grief. Dealer prob 2 hours at best.
