I believe you have 30 days to notify Paypal of a problem. After that they won't look at it. Your best bet might be to go to your credit card, but they probably won't do anything until the problem is 60 days old. Having said that, by going to your credit card Paypal will wash its hands of the problem.

I have used STiRacing and got great service and a good price.

As it happens I sent Simon an email a few days ago to ask for a price on something and havent heard back. This is not like Simon so I am guessing he is on holiday, ill etc. etc?

Cheers

As Molds says I have requested a number of prices from Simon and had pretty prompt responses. My HKS SSQV came with no problems with great service.

Wouldn't worry about this mate. There will be a genuine explanation (although I appreciate thats not too helpful)

Ditto to the above, I've ordered from Simon 3-4 times now and always received excellent service. Got my Blitz Nur Spec about 3-4 weeks ago.

Sometimes he does have to order parts in, I waited about 4 weeks for the Blitz to be ordered but received it within 3-4 days after it was posted.

Again, not much help but I'm sure Simon will be in touch soon to sort this out.

I have had two STI side skirts from Simon top man, arrived all the way from Japan with not a mark on them, no import duty to pay on them as well and saved £270 on UK dealer price.

Not parted with any money, but would have done if he'd got back to me!

Have managed to source the bits I was after from someone else.

Cheers for the offer of help though!

TDT - Dont hold it against Simon mate, he's going through quite a lot at the moment.......

No doubt he'll post a reply as soon as he can. I'd recommend STI-Racing everytime.

Agree with Darms, Simon is a really good bloke and he always does his very best for everyone.

There must be a reason why he hasnt got back to you, yes, he is a supplier and works on his own (I believe) but he's also a human so just think he may have had some personal set back not to be his usual prompt self.

Give him a chance........never let me down.

I know anita was joining Simon but i didnt think Simon would take a step back. From what i understand, Simon knows or is part of a tuning company in Hong Kong. He set up STi Racing to offer subaru owners parts at reduced prices. And he was getting his parts from this tuning company in Hong Kong. And Anita was going to be helping him out in STI Racing (as she was from this other tuning company).

If that makes sense.

Anyway, has Simon now taken a step back in the company?

Not really - Simon's just been really busy on a personal note. However, he assures me that things are getting back to normal and will be responding to all oversea customers very soon

After a bit of a delay got a cover I ordered from STi racing for my STI7.

Good quality and great fit - well tailored for the high spoiler and wing mirrors.
