My new car came with an M&G warranty - they were the agents for Auto Protect Insurance. Anyway, I went to transfer it, but M&G, apparently two weeks ago, stopped being agents for Auto Protect, and Auto Protect are administering it themselves. They gave me the contact email for Auto Protect: apclaims@uk2.net I think (emailed them from work, so will check tomorrow). They said they could not transfer it and I would have to go to AP direct, but there should be no problem as the warranty is paid for and has 6 months remaining.

Anyway, I have emailed them about 8 times, and have seen that they have received and read each email, but they have failed to respond. I can't get hold of a phone number for them - M&G told me they were based in Leeds - have tried Yell.com, but to no avail.

Is anyone covered by Auto Protect Warranty - if so, can you give me the contact details?
