Anyone know a decent independent Subaru specialist? I bought a (very) second hand Forrester as a tow car a few weeks ago, but it seems like somone stole 5th gear while I parked at Heathrow last week

The car came with a pretty strong looking warrantee so just looking for the right place to go. I would like to start a relationship with somewhere I can afford for servicing rather than simply going to a main dealer. I am based in Redhill, Surrey, and my other half is in Sidcup, Kent, so anywhere near / between is fine.

it wouldn't . I have always gone over to Len @ Subaru4you - but Newbury is the wrong direction for you.... Jay M A ( Justin ) uses Mike and he has recommended him to me before now, and I respect his judgment.
