Excellent service from the Alpine UK service centre. I sent them my faulty head unit last Tuesday and it was returned, repaired yesterday. I was charged what I was quoted and they kept in touch while the unit was being repaired, informing me of the faults and possible causes and when the stereo would be returned.

Highly recommended!
