which re-mapper to use?
Hi,
I am currently driving a jdm wrx 97 model.
The mods are a firestorm backbox, k+n panel filter, lightened flywheel, and polished heads.
The car is running about 260bhp.
I would like to have more power, dont we all , so, I want to put a full decat on, and have it re-mapped. The problem is, dont know which re-mapper to choose.
also How much money would I have to spend to achieve 350bhp?
Cheers

For the price mentioned above , you get a mappable aftermarket ECU ( The Power Full Computer ) and the talented Mr Forrest's tender ministrations .. I am v. happy with mine!
I think only other mapping options are scoobyECU or Scoobyclinic kit ?

Depends where you are and what ecu you are mapping.
I would say Andy F for Apexi - simply a legend. So helpful me and has helped me out loads.
Link - probably Bob Rawle. Been there a few times with some of the scooby owners local and he definitely knows his stuff and customers are always smiling
Ive heard great results from Pat at Scoobyclinic to.
So guess it depends where you are.
Will say Andy F will come to anywhere in the country and usually tries to fit a few scoobs in a day. I think he is on hols for next 2 weeks though

I have first hand experience of Andy, Paul and Simon.
would recommend each of them without hesitation.
Handy as well because Simon is in the South, Paul is in the Midlands and Andy is in Scotland
