Does anyone have a problem getting though to NAM on the phone ie. do you always get Craig's voicemail ?? I would have thought that when running a business it would pay to answer every call ?? even if you get a real person to take a message (considering he never answers the voicemail anyway)I have an order with NAM at the moment and am finding it ever more frustrating when trying to track the progress of the order (and NO I am not calling every 2 minutes). I would just like NAM to know that if I could go somewhere else for the same price I would have gone long ago....very dissapointed.

I am having probs contacting them too. I want to spend some money but they have not responded to my e-mail yet and the contact page on their website is down so I don't know the number to phone them. Not that they answer it would appear. Doesn't bode well.

Any one else supply APS kit that you know of??

DT, well I hope you have a better result getting some answers out than I am.

I ordered a set of Defi Gauges from them 2 months ago & despite various telephone calls & emails I can’t even get a delivery date out of them!

I think I’ve been more than patient, but that is running out as well as my confidence in this companies ability to supply the goods.

Rob, i have replied to your very first email to me...and NAM for that matter, we have no emails from you, i know i have spoken to you, but this being part-time for me and craig, its sometimes very difficult for us to keep everything together. Plus I know you know my mobile number, i have probably missed calls, but i try my hardest to return all calls with messages, i have had no messages on my mobile from youself tho.

Regarding not getting back to you, Its taken us a while to get straight after certain things has happened, I sent emails out to all the people i had enquires from about the Defi's last night, as i didn't get your first email until this morning i couldn't do this. You were on my list to call today however, but i guess i will not be doing that now.

I do understand why you are annoyed, posting on scoobynet etc..

Sorry you have to pay twice the amount tho.

NAM's new Defi stock should be here in 3 weeks, and we are the cheapest in the UK for these gauges, plus now we are over certain aspects of the business and agro from individuals we are back on track.
