Anyone know how long they take to reply to emails? Sent them 3-4 over the last week or so with no joy

quite some time, follow up with a call, Iain has had one of his guys on leave so is doing double duties...

Apologies for the delay, as mentioned above we have some staff holidays at the moment so the response is slower than normal.
