Question book prices

Didn't know if I should put this here or other marques. Can someone give me a book price comparison between a 2005 BMW 320 SE and a 2005 BMW 320 MSport in similar condition with similar miles (both at 28k miles). I am about to have a major tantrum with a dealer who sold me a duff car. I've asked him to supply an equivalent replacement under the sale of goods act. He agrees that a car that needs a new gearbox, new cat converter, new exhaust, new door handles, new ABS pump, new shocks, new springs along with 14 other items of remedial work probably doesn't meet the 'fit for purpose' aspect of a 3 yo BMW, but he wants me to put 6 grand to the 320SE to get a 320 MSport. I reckon there is probably about a grand in it, but before I go down and start slapping people I would love to be able to quote accurate figures while I slap

it would probably help if you could tell me what an RMFD gearbox is? Quick guess would be reconditioned / re manufactured, but that could be entirely wrong?

That's supposed to be Glass's guide prices, although i dont remember Glass's guide having prices for mint/average/below average. CAP used to but not Glass's.

TBH, i think you could pretty much throw guide books out of the window at the moment.
