Virgin cars con

Don't use them, I have been waiting since last October for a Ford Galaxy, their service is terrible. I ended up switching my order to a "6 week delivery" Galaxy which was advertised as "in stock" and this has taken 14 weeks so far and still not arrived. All that for a run-of-the mill, bog standard, ordinary car...
I have even written a complaint to both the CEO and Sir Richard Brason and still they have not come up with the good's.
I used Virgin cos I thought I could trust the company and all that, how wrong I was. I will use a car 'supermarket' next time as they are cheaper and generaly have the car's in stock....

A colleague at work waited 2 months for a standard Focus from Jamjar.com
When the delivery date was due he phoned to find out why it wasn't delivered.
After six phonecalls on the same subject, someone discovered that although the computer system had all the correct details, the paperwork to order the car from FORD had never arrived...!

Lot of it about
ex company brought a Grand Espace. It arrived on time on a trailer - however
5 stone chips on the bonnet
Battery so flat it would not even light the interior lights - took 1hr to get it to jump start
Ran out of fuel on the 2 mile journey to the garage
Kinda took the shine off of the whole experience
Cannot remember the mane of the company.

Got my wrx from virgin .. well pleased with the sevice b4 the car turned up.. When it arrived.. no alarm fitted as requested and paid for.. NO documents at all.. Had the car 2 months and still no documents.. Trying to get some warranty work done and guess what? Can't do it without docs.. I have a catalog of calls going back the full two months, written to the CEO as well.. No reply..
If you have your history of calls etc down, fancy approaching Watchdog with this?
