rude! money grabbers

i think they should be helpful and give customers advice but instead he told me, well i ain't going to make any money from this if i tell you..understand in a way but can't he just say something more pleasant?
anyone else had problems with them?

 

I always found them polite and helpful, though I have heard good and bad from others, my experience was always good.

Always been OK to me - done brake / exhaust fitting work and put my boost gauge in.
