Unhappy

Trip to Scoobysport at end of the month pending to get some new discs and pads.

Quite fancy adding a dump valve to the shopping list as well, what's the difference between the VTA (vent to atmosphere?)and re-circulating?

Which one should I go for? Don't really want a massive TTTTTttttSSssssssshhhhhhhhhhhh noise every gear change, will sound too much like my brothers Fiesta RS turbo which I'd like to avoid. Plus I love the noise of the Scoobysport exhaust.

Thinking of adding a Dawes as well (although haven't got a clue what it does) - see earlier post.

Any suggestions/comments?

Cheers

Chris

Chris

Go for the recirc if you don't want the noise.

Or VTA with a red spring (the standard one) is fairly innocuous - gives a WRC style chatter too. The blue spring mind makes a huuuuuuuuuggggggeeeeee whooooosh Gives excellent flames with my decat too

Pete,

if you're still monitering this post, thinking of adding a Dawes device as well.

Is this something you'd recommend (if so, can you fit them?) or should I steer clear. Don't fancy blowing engine up!

Chris

Hi Chris

Read John Banks FAQ on Dawes.

I have no experience of them.
