Er, call me a tw@t, but whats this PPP that everyone keeps talking about? I'm guessing at Prodrive Performance Pack, but I could be(and probably am) wrong of course. Just set me right, and i'll get back to banging my head against my screen, drooling.

but what do they actually do to the car apart from change the ECU and exhaust pipe.????

It depends on the model year of the car. For 99 and 2000 cars, they also change some pipework around the intercooler for a stronger and less restrictive hose. Earlier cars also get upgraded brake pads and a different air filter.
