Its a bit of a read so to sum up, I did 6-7 20 min sessions on Saturday, 120miles and 10 gallons of fuel

I have done Croft a few months ago and at the end of May I did Oulton Park.
I have had no problems and have the Dawes set to give 16/16.5Psi.
