Wink

Ok just wondering, as my car does not have air con, is it reletively simple to mount the power steering pump on the other side of the alternator, ie where the air con pump goes.

Just wondering, as i think it looks easy enough

Will help loads if it can be done

Not a problem as long as you can do a bit of plumbing. Several rally cars I have seen alredy have the pump relocated to the air con position. Not sure if any possible gains warrant the effort.

Cheers Harvey

It just makes it easier for the intake pipe that David and I have in mind. As we are not using silicon for the inlet pipe then moving the tank and the pump makes things a whole lot easier.

Just think it would be easier. Dont think there will be too much re plumbing to do though, do you?

Not too much but the Aeroquip is expensive but looks good.
It is important to get the feed and return pipe diameters right, keep pipe run as short as possible and make sure the pipe is of the right grade for hot ATF.
