I have one on an MY98 scooby and if it is the same as mine then you need an alan key to undo all the bolts on the dump valve and then just swop the spring over. Careful when you are undoing the bolts so as to make sure the top does not fly off as that spring is under compression and very strong

I take it that if the spring is very strong it is still easy to reassemble. Just that you need to be careful when undoing it as its under pressure?

DBM or anyone else - do you have a pic of your engine bay with the Forge Fitted? Appreciate it if you can post them up or email them to me at simon@p1f.co.uk

Afraid I don't have my digi camera at the mo Simon, but might be able to do it tomorrow.
I used the gasket off the original, making sure it was clean. The nozzle points to about the 4 oclock position, as per the original one. I changed the spring in mine and bolted it back on uspide down! Just make sure you offer it up to where it mounts first. Also, bolt it up evenly before tightening, leaks will bugger up the idle.
