When i drive the car normally the gear changing is perfectly fine, sweet as a nut, but when I give it beans changing from 1st - 2nd and from 3rd - 4th makes a kind of a crunching noise, like you've forgotten to push the clutch in (which I have )It all goes in to gear fine, don't have to fight with it, it just makes an orrible noise.

Can anyone help with this, what is it ? ?

Help much appreciated

Worn Synchros/baulk rings. Try changing the oil to Castrol Syntrax, if you havent already.
It may well help matters.
