gaz turbo

ive had this prob for a wee while now and ive had garages run checks, ecu checks etc etc, but i cant solve the mystery

the problem is when under acceleration the power will hold back and you can feel it holding back. the turbo spools up still and then the turbo will kick in once the revs have increased over 3,000, i thought it might be either a turbo problem as mine is on the way out anyway but its not i have also tried the ignition leads and have recently put new plugs in. today i tried putting a few things back to standard air box, dump v and have decreased the boost but still the problem persists.

can anyone help, i dont want to go to subaru as they will take my eyeballs aswell.

Clean the boost solenoid? They stick sometimes from memory. Have a search on here.
