MY01 Centre De-cat pipe, which is best?
#1
Thinking of removing the centre cat from my MY01, which is best:
Scoobysport, JW Racing, Magnex etc
Also, with or without resonator box. Currently have WR sport back box, don't want it too loud.
Finally, is it worth it?
Cheers

I've just had a scoobyport de cat centre section fitted to my MY02 as I wanted a slightly louder and deeper exhaoust note especially when acclerating as I was forever hard accelerating to get the wonderful noise from my magnex exhaust then would realise doing a speed that would of probably resulted in the loss of my licence within the year ! You will get a few decibels increase in noise (most noise comes from the back box anyway) but it imho it a good increase as I felt it was a little too quite on accleration.
All the above mentioned are well made systems Magnex / JW Racing will probably be cheaper and as good quality and possible a little easier to fit as the Scoobysport one can not reuse orig bolts as slightly longer (or so the garage told me).
