Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else has had a DDS2 flow sensor installed. I have just installed my Aquamist 1s kit with the DDS2 and a 0.5mm nozzle. According to the 1s system specs, the 0.5mm nozzle and race pump setup gives a flow rate of approx 250ml/min at 9bar pressure.

The specs of the DDS2 sensor say that it is calibrated from the factory to display flow rates between 100 - 450ml/min on its 8 LEDs, in 50ml/min increments. ie:
1LED = 100ml/min
2LEDs = 150ml/min
3LEDs = 200ml/min etc

However, when I tried it out, 7 or 8 LEDs lit up with my 0.5mm nozzle (250ml/min should only light up 4 LEDs). I have since adjusted the calibration to for it to only give 4-5 LEDs.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with the DDS2 kit's factory setting. Aside from this, it works brilliantly!

Cheers.
