Blue one will make ya DV whoosh. Much more amusing than the red one IMO.

I bought a Forge VTA fairly recently and just drove around with the red spring in it - nice little WRCish chirpy chatter.

After reading many a post claiming the blue spring could be delivered FOC from Forge and could potentially cause/encourage flames, I got one.

Lots of pops, bangs and wooshes I must admit but, alas, no flames.

Must add that the car did not drive as well as it did with the original spring - seemed to jerk quite dramatically after dumping (not when changing gear and using the clutch, just when lifting off in gear).

Anybody else experienced this?

I have now changed back to the red spring after a week of pops and jerks.

Thumbs up

Same as Brun here - its a bit jerky with the blue, but you drive round it. And the flames are just superb proper ones - none of this flamer kit rubbish

Cool

I use the blue spring with 3 shims added. This gets you a nice chatter and still allows flames!:d
