Had the same thing with mine,
fitted it last friday. i removed the rear heatsheild from under the rear bumper, but am still getting a noise at certain engine reves.
Possibly the heatshield that runs up the lenth of the centre section ???

Definately worth the money.
The rattle isn't even that loud, only heard it the other day, but now i know it's there, it's annoying me, you only hear it for a split second as the revs rise.
I would definately recommend the Firestorm, huge improvement over the magnex in terms of sound.
Cant say anything about performance, as i'm still running a standard system, cats etc.. So for me it's just the noise levels that have changed..oh...and the pops and bangs !

Found the problem!
The noises only seemed to happen when cornering to the left at speed, turns ou the brackets supplied with teh box have a little more plat than the standards, and the pipe is tapping the diff on occations! I thing a drill and a few pins should be able to sort it and tighten up the box!
