Blitz nur spec or Afterburner?????????

I`m considering buying a backbox for MY03 sti type uk and was wondering which back box would be best and which is loudest between the Blitz nur spec and the Afterburner.
Any help would be appreciated and sound files of either even better.

I have the afterburner on my Classic and I like it a lot the noise is great and I am told slightly quieter than the Blitz (a good thing 'cos after the inital fun of the noise it can get tiresome and I wouldn't want it any louder than it is)
I have the car on PE's RR and just from the back box I got 6BHP (250-256) and the torque IIRC was 223-230 so I was well pleased
However having seen the Blitz I think it is slightly better quality and the slash cust is more pronounced
so I would say 50 - 50 choice

I have had the Afterburner on my MY99 for over 6 months now and am very happy with it! Not had it on a RR but im sure there is a performance increase (especially when attached to the decat centre section)! It is pretty loud but like previously stated have heard the Blitz is louder. I also prefer the look of the Blitz but then again it is more expensive!

i changed from afterburner bb and magnex centre to FULL BLITZ
well happy... sounded good before but now is awesome..

Is it true that you can put a 'bung' in the Back Box of the Blitz if your going on a long journey....so it makes less noise?
If so, what is this 'bung'? You can just pop it in and out?

Yes that is true the Blitz does come with a bung which quietens it down considerably. It is easily swapped around and fitted by a simple small bolt that attaches it to the end of the pipe.
