My MY94 WRX Wagon has the lambda in the offside header. Would it read as well in the downpipe? Would the ECU read it ok?

Is it the same part used in both locations?

And any one able to tell me what type the lambda sensor is on a jap scooby - zirconia or titania? It has 3 wires, black, white , and red ... ( 18mm thread )

Thanks

V
