Castrol Syntrax here in OZ. Had mine changed at 4000km. Smoother gearchanges etc. Fully Synthetic.
I was waiting to c what u UK dudes used but nobody was replying to your message. This oil is also dealer approved. And it was cheaper for me to let the dealer do it. By the time i bought the oil etc. I hope this helps.

I know Chiptorque recommended it.
When i went pricing it i found it for a price per litre then i rang a very respectable dealer in Brisbane and they told me that they use Syntrax in those goxes even before i mentioned what i was intending to use Syntrax. So i ask them the price and they came out pretty close to the price i would have bought the oil only. Then i would have had to buy i syphon to put it in.
But i know that it is recommended by a few places but i can't remember reading it at MRT.

I have Silkoline Pro SRG75 in my box and it has made a difference to the gear change, making it smoother.
Like Big Bear says it`s not cheap. About £30 for 4ltrs. When I changed mine it took it all of it...
If you are changing it yourself I would recommend a Funnel and some 1/4" pipe(slightly bigger maybe). It took me ages with a trigger oil can.
