Anybody had any experiance of the above backbox?.........

Usual questions, how loud? etc, etc.......

Looking for something differant, tryed the majority of systems and thought that this looked good!

Also, how much, and where can you purchase them from?

Any help appreciated

The Twister will actually fit on any standard system as a backbox solution with a 2 bolt flange we utilise.

We have many variants and achieve a perfect seal even with a 3" pipe to the standard Impreza Turbo/Sti etc.

The system also in 2.5" will marry perfectly to the USA Impreza RS & standard Impreza Turbo/Sti etc.

The system can then be upgraded in stages with the BPM system being fully interchangeable between the stock Subaru exhaust and we can achieve this with either 2.5" or 3" pipework.

We have spent of lot of time ensuring it can be easily swapped/upgraded with a minimum of fuss.

The 3 bolt flange on the website is a photo of the Twister Backsection in 4" for the race version used by the 1/4 mile enthusiasts.

This might sound extreme but it is indeed embraced by the very high output engines we have lurking in Australia.
[worlds fastest WRX runs this setup]

So to clarify the Twister

I have the complete BPM exhaust from turbo to the "Twister" muffler.Installed only on Thursday.
Workmanship is of the highest order - and the HPC coating is a must.
Fitting proved straight forward with no problems and the sound is what I would call authoritative and agressive .
I love it!
Also having fitted the BPM enlarged air intake pipe.
BPM claim 9 kw's @ wheels gain for this add on.
I was going to tackle this job myself but have now elected to get a mechanic to install.A 2 hour job duration - inlet manifold comes off. Apparently quicker than trying to fiddle around.
Confirmed that this pipe makes a significant difference to performance - Witnessed STi pipe installation in progress but very expensive if you can get one! circa 60000 yen
