Question

Does anybody know if there is a UK importer for Fujitsubo exhausts? My MY95 WRX has a fujitsubo centre section and back box fitted and I want to change the downpipe (currently standard) I can't seem to find a downpipe to fit it. The standard downpipe fit is not ideal (according to roger clark motorsport who tried a HKS (from revolution) but had to send it back.)

I don't want to change the whole system as I really like the look/sound.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Leigh

PS I found the fujitsubo website (www.fujitsubo.co.jp) but I don't speek the lingo!!

Alas, I suspect they don't even make one(?)

Loads of imports come over with that type of exhaust (Fujitsubo, FGK), not yet seen one that didn't have the original Catted down pipe.

I have a Scoobysport downpipe with a Fujitsubo midsection and backbox (I believe it is the 'Legalis' one), and it fits fine. Possibly an option for you to consider.

I am replacing said midsection and backbox soon with something less restrictive and lots louder... I need more noise to dampen out the rattles of the car... lol

Thanks for the replies!

Think I'll give scoobysport a try.
I think fujitsubo do make downpipes, one of the only english bits on their website is "fujitsubo front pipe" ! Might not be for an impreza though.

Cheers

Mike,

Just got back from holiday and found your reply! Shouldn't have put a thread on before going away really! (D'oh!)

Anyway, once I realised who you were, I looked on your website - really nice downpipe, but I don't really want to spend more than £300. "She who shall be obeyed" would shoot me!

Thanks anyway!

I wouldn't either, that's why I suggested giving me a ring.

We have a new range out within the next couple of weeks.

The stuff currently on the site will be replaced when we have photo's to post of the new range (our own).

Hi Leigh

We have fitted our downpipe to lots of cars with Fujisubo exhausts and probably every other type of centre/rear combination.

BR Developments recommend our downpipe with their HKS centre and rear as this works best when they map a Link ECU onto the car.

We have downpipes in stock and the price is £223.25 including VAT and TNT next day delivery.
