Just been on the phone to this shower and cancelled my order!!!
I ordered my wing on 25/5 and was told delivery on 29/30 May, found out today they haven't despatched it because they're apparently "weak". Thanks for letting me know Revoloution Hopeless sports.
David Reid motorsports is now the best option as they paint the thing for £350 +£20 P+P

Kenny,

It really depends on the supplier.

I've seen some wings that are appalling, and they needed a lot of work, just to get them on the car!!

Other are damn fine! The few aftermarket ones that I like the quality of are the Prodrive one (Like mine!! ) and the ScoobySport product which I've seen being fitted to a car, and the finish was brilliant!

I guess the old saying of, 'you get what you pay for' really applies!

I haven't seen the quality of the DR Motorsport or the Revolution ones, so I really can't comment on them!

Whoops forgot to mention that I've seen the Scoobymania/MRT spolier and they look good, but I didn't speak to the owner about the amount of work needed to get that finish!

Ive bought a 22b abjustable wing from jap-innovations in oldham on 0161-652-0920, i paid £450 + £15p-p. The spoiler was ready to paint and fitted perfect.
Give them a call.

Markie,
I'd like to see your spoiler on your car because i have seen a 22b spoiler from Jap Inno b4 and it looked poor!
E-mail me if i can see it!

I have used DRM before so thats all I can base my opinion on. Their WRC spoiler is the nuts, probably the best bit i've bought. Very good, quick service.

Considering the spoiler was imported from the same place other subaru specialist import from then in my opinion you dont know that you are going on about. I shopped about before buying from Jap Innovations and looked at various other spoilers and settled with that company because of the price and customer service (answered my E mails unlike other people).

no need to get to get a strop on Markie C. I have two questions for you though,
1, how do you know where Jap Inno get their spoilers from?
2, If you shopped around and looked at other spoilers who are these companies?
Nice looking spoiler bennetm,is the paint job any good cos you just can't tell.

Alan,

The paint job is very good, comes ready painted. Only problem was where I dropped it while fitting!

Got my STI 5 from David Reid motorsport yesterday. Got it painted and it fitted perfect I really cant recommend DR motorsport enough;
Quality service and a nice guy as well, he even rang me to ask if the stuff had arrived and also if it was ok! What more can you ask for?

Paul, as far as I knew the WRC spoiler had the brakelight on top and all the spoilers you see with the light on the bottom level with the boot lid are sti5/6 style

I have just been on 22b.com. The light on the spoiler is at the bottom!
Does anyone know where Paul can get one?

If anyone's after an STi5 spoiler I'd certainly recommend David Reid Motorsport supplied version.

Mine arrived Friday & the fit and finish is very good. A few problems fitting it (needed to fish a bolt out from within the bootlid ) but down to my incompetence not the product!

Hugh
