Hi,

I know cross posting is frowned upon but I posted something similar in "Wanted" with no response. I'm a N/A EJ25 Forester owner located in the US. I'd like to install a performance backbox on my car but the options I've run across here (Stromung or Magnaflow, from the tuner Rallispec) are far too loud and prone to backfire for my or local law enforcement's liking. I saw a WR Sport equipped Forester in London last November and was intrigued. So now I'm thinking of either a UK or JDM spec STi backbox/catback or Prodrive WR Sport backbox/catback to replace the stock unit.

If I recall correctly these are made of stainless and have 2.25" inlet diameter. I have no intention at the present to add a header so hopefully everything will bolt right up and be readily reversible should I fail to resist the urge to trade for a WRX.

Do any of you have any experience with these setups on your S turbos? How is the sound quality and performance enhancement? Who sells them in the UK? Any idea what a fair price for the unit plus shipping to the eastern US may be?
