I Have a full decat and K+N are there any suggestions on the next step (MY98}

 

You're at a crossroads mate, first thing would be a lambdalink to make sure your car doesn't run lean with your current mods.

Then it's either more power, better brakes or roadholding.

I've started fiddling with them all at the same time...

My vote would be:

1. Brakes (well...they're really ****ty) - if you're a track fan - big kit (AP/Brembos) - otherwise get a 4-pot kit off a MY99/00 (I assume it's a Turbo 2k you've got there), and get some decent pads/discs.

2. Roadholding - wheels, susp mods, Proxes/S02's...Eibach lowering springs or new struts (Leda, DMS).

3. Power - Link by Bob Rawle...definately.
