My UK 99 has done 45k, although the discs were replace under warranty at 15k, the front discs have a big lip on them and i would think need replacing.
What sort of lifespan have people got from the std ones ?
Other than the std ones which discs are being used by others and why.....

cheers

I've got the same brake set up as you and have just got some Pagid 8 groove discs and Pagid blue pads!!!
These give excellent performance hot or cold and there not too bad for the track either!!!

Ro, yours is a common problem and there are plenty of solutions, depending on your budget and type of driving. Pagids are one option, but there are quite a few others. Run a search in the Brakes section. There is tons of info there.
