Pat,i would just stick with the NGK originals, just change them more frequently say every 15k.

I have seen users run the Denso and HKS plugs and have nothing but grief from them, thinking expensive was good, they moved back to the OEM (NGK)and all was fine.

PFR7B's are advised, thats one heat grade cooler than std, they are approx the same price as the originals. If you run std plugs at that boost then you risk pre-ignition ... ie det.

Oh and just to say that 15k is too long imho, I would change even std plugs on a std car at 10k intervals max.

Bob,

Change plugs at 10K miles? That's interesting. I was told that these plugs should be good for 40k although I change mine every 2 years which is actually nearer 5k. I can sleep at night now without worrying about wasting money...

I put in some PFR7B's when Bob mapped my car for the TD05 with mods like yours. I'm running 1.37 bar at the moment on my MY02 WRX (325 BHP).

The name of the place I got the from has just escaped me..... great service and cheap errrrrr http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/ rings a bell
