Default Benefits of a VF28 turbo?

How could one benefit from a VF28 turbo over a TD04 or 05 ?

Is there much difference between a VF34/5 to the 28?

Can this fit a new age wrx my02?

The VFs sit between the TD04 and the TD05 in terms of spool up and power output.

I give TYPICAL ranges below so as not to be too dogmatic, or biased towards a particular rolling road or other particular modifications, some examples will be outside these ranges:

TD04: 260-290 BHP, 1 bar at 2300-2500 in top gear
VF28/34/35: 310-340 BHP, 1 bar at 2600-2800 in top gear
TD05: 320-360 BHP, 1 bar at 2700-2900 in top gear
