MY93 Legacy Turbo Backbox options?
Hi all,
My standard twin exhaust is looking a bit cr4p (bits have started to fall off!) I'd like to get a replacement which would give more of the flat 4 soundtrack without being too "in your face" as it were!
What options are available for the UK Legacy Turbo of this vintage?
If you could list websites that would be handy!
Cheers
Steven

Try Hayward and Scott, Scooby World, Mongoose or the for sale section.
I have a H&S full system fitted and am very happy with it.
I think Scooby World do the H&S stuff but offer different tail pipe options that might be up your street.
The H&S stuff is also available in normal or quiet if you need that option too.
Hope this helps.

h&s sold me the centre section its basically an impreza centre with an extra couple of inches welded on and reduced to 2".
the middle hanger has also moved.
To say you it costs twice as much as the impreza item seems a bit of a rip to me
however i only worked this out after id bought one.
If its an estate your options will be different to the saloon as the tail pipe is longer.
I now have an impreza backbox but it needs cutting and welding in order to fit.

Cheers for that guys.
My Leggy is the Saloon, and have got the prices for the H&S options. Don't want a "drainpipe" or anything too loud - so would need to hear both the H&S options..
Any ideas on probable HP increase for just a backbox? Not that much I suspect.
Have checked the For Sale forums but nothing has appeared for ages - although I'll bet that as soon as I get a new one fitted a dirt cheap one will appear there!

Dont think ive ever seen one in the Fs section, so dont worry.
sounds like you want another twin pipe BB
I recon you wouldnt get much noticable performance with just a BB however it would look nice!
The downpipe is the same as an impreza, so you could throw one of those on.
