What model and year do you own ?

Some induction kits can cause problems with the MAF sensor on some years and models.

Cheers

Hi Neal
Its a 1993 wrx import.
It had a pipercross twin webber filter on it when i got the car!!
My car failed its mot the other day with massive levels of Co2 so i sprayed brake cleaner all over the maf and it sorted it. Not sure if it was due to the ape that fitted the webber filter or my new piper system.

Thats the other one i was considering getting! What problems did you have before you fitted your K&N? Was it the 57i?

I have a K&N 57i fitted to my uk MY98 due to low price and high filtration rate. I have had no MAF problems over the last 2 years so I suppose I can recommend them

Cheers

Yes it is the 57i, before i had tried blitz etc etc and they cocked my Maf up the whole time. Even when i put a new maf on it would still idle poorly but now its ok
